Tennis players are advised that eating big amounts of food classified as low-fat or non-fat can be fattening. This is because low-fat foods may contain large amounts of calories. Consumption of low-fat foods can be lessened by having occasional treats to satisfy cravings and by noting the amount of calories contained in foods.
