About 90% of women and 60% of men in the US are not getting enough daily calcium. Tips are given on how to get more calcium-rich milk into meals. It can be substituted for water when preparing many dishes. Recipes include risotto with peas, poached salmon, and pasta cakes with tomato and broccoli.
