Zooplankton, or animal plankton, eat the phytoplankton, or plant plankton that turns sunlight energy into living food. Hatched fish eat plankton while they are young, and other fish consume it throughout their lives.

Lonesome dove hunter

Many people enjoy the tradition of group dove hunts, but one man finds it more pleasant to go alone. Doves will land near ponds after feeding, but they do not like to land on grass. Tips on selecting the right water hole are given.
