South of the land of maybe

The Faroe Islands are located at 62-degree north, about 225 miles southeast of Iceland and 160 miles northwest of Scotland's Shetland Island. As the wind is unpredictable in the Faroe Island it is called a 'land of maybe' and the Faroese claim that their sheep can predict the weather.

Five solar panels were assessed for construction quality and for electric output when installed on a sailboat. Single crystal panels, such as the Astro 65w and the Siemens m55 and m20, had higher output-to-square foot ratios than polycrystalline panels and amorphous panels.
