Musculoskeletal fitness and weight gain in Canada
Article Abstract:
A research is conducted to determine the correlation between musculoskeletal fitness (MSF) and the resultant weight gain and development of obesity. The observations reveal that during a period of 20 years, MSF proves to be an important forecaster of weight gain and hence publicizing the participation in activities that improve MSF can be advantageous in easing the age-related weight gain and in preventing obesity among Canadians.
