Objective effects of a 6 months' endurance and strength training program in outpatients with congestive heart failure
Article Abstract:
This article examines the feasibility and effects of a long-term exercise program for outpatients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Results suggest progressively adapted strength and endurance training is feasible for some CHF patients.
