The bits of past lurking in our mind keep coming to us when at the sea; one is disconnected from the familiar. A teacher in the wake of his unpredictable meeting with his old counselor discusses how one can hunt and recapture the past and how the past rediscovers us while cruising aboard, where time and distance collapse.
