Boats need to have a wide variety of equipment to ensure safe voyages. Aside from standard radar and other navigation equipment, boats can install loud speakers and thermal vision systems to enhance safety. A discussion of some these equipment is presented.

Wet ones: foil corrosion with waterproof gear
Article Abstract:
Many types of waterproof or water-resistant marine electronics equipment are available, and some will float if dropped overboard. Using a dehumidifier and watching for signs of corrosion and rust will prolong the life of equipment.
