Channel master

Article Abstract:

Joe Hutto, the general manager for Lucent Technologies, became a long-distance swimmer and had passed through the English Channel by following several steps. The steps include looking for a good coach who gives encouragement, helps improve swimming techniques and motivates. Having a goal, being with people who have the same interest, focusing on weaknesses when practicing, and genuine commitment are also important factors in becoming a successful long-distance swimmer.
