Project SNAPP, or Skills and Knowledge for AIDS and Pregnancy Prevention, was created by the Childrens Hospital in Los Angeles, CA, as one of the new 'abstinence-plus' sex education programs. Such programs seek a middle ground between just conveying facts and recommending abstinence only.

Muscles can become tight by being worked too hard. Flexibility can be restored with the proper stretching and yoga-like exercises. Several exercises are described included basic forward and upper back bends. There are side and hip stretches, right angle waist bends, and the seated twist.
