A sailor turned to the sea in search of simplicity when life got complicated. He set off aboard Albatross, a 38-foot Hood sloop, sailed across the world's five southern capes reaching close to the eastern coast of Mindanao in the Philippines and moved towards Hong Kong hoping to find work after five years of adventurous single-handed voyage.

Islands that time forgot
Article Abstract:
A couple set off aboard their 35-foot sloop Siandra to realize their dream of sailing to the Galapagos Islands. The cruisers are attracted by the beauty of the Galapagos apart from the abundant and unique wildlife though access to most of the islands in the archipelago is restricted to protect the rare species of animals that live there.
