Should your workout be shorter?

Those new to exercising may be well advised to break up the traditional periods of exercise into shorter workouts, such as three 10-minutes periods instead of one 30-minute period. Indications are that the shorter periods result in fewer dropouts, more repetitions or mileage, and greater calorie afterburn.
