A sailor describes the damages suffered by Wanderlust V, a Reliance 44 Custom Ketch due to the destruction caused by Hurricane Marty when it swept through Baja California on September 22nd 2003. He further describes the way Wanderlust V was rebuilt by using insurance help from the insurance companies and the services of a local surveyor who did periodic inspection to ensure that there would were no problems with their policy.
