The Cape Cod Canal
Article Abstract:
The Cape Cod Canal was built in the early 20th-century to make it easier for ships to sail to Boston, MA. The bypass takes sailors from Buzzards Bay to Cape Cod Bay, and avoids sailing through rough waters on the other side of Cape Cod, MA. The shortcut can save much time.
