The role of upper torso and pelvis rotation in driving performance during the golf swing
Article Abstract:
A study to describe the upper torso and pelvis rotation and velocity during the golf swing and determine its role in ball velocity is conducted. Results conclude that to increase ball velocity, separation between the upper torso, and pelvis should be max at the top of and initiation of the downswing.

Reliability and precision of in vivo scapular kinematic measurements using an electromagnetic tracking device
Article Abstract:
The intrasession reliability and precision of assessing scapular kinematics are determined using an electromagnetic tracking device. It is revealed that in vivo scapular kinematics can be measured with high reliability and precision during intrasession research designs.

A comparison of the reverse and power punches in oriental martial arts
Article Abstract:
A study to compare the power punch and the reverse punch in regard to its potency and effectiveness in throwing opponents off balance is conducted. Results show that the power punch is less potent, but is more effective in throwing the opponents off balance.
