A yachting enthusiast relates his trip to the US Virgin Islands where he enjoyed the great natural beauty offered by the place. Normally, visitors proceed to the British Virgins after experiencing St. Thomas but, surprisingly, he enjoyed the uncrowded remote bays of the US Virgins.

The Bay Islands of Honduras, comprised mainly of Guanaja, Roatab and Utila Islands, are renowned for their clear waters and reefs which lure many sport divers. Yachts are granted renewable 30-day cruising permits in the islands.

Red Bay, Labrador, is on the coast and the Strait of Belle Isle in Canada. It is also near Newfoundland. The area has much beauty, and was once home to the fishing and whaling industries. Summertime is described.
