Article Abstract:

The capture of Dominic McGlinchey, a member of the Irish National Liberation Army and self-confessed killer of at least 30 people, is described. The extradition of McGlinchey to Northern Ireland, where he jumped bail during his trial for murder, is the cause of some controversy.
