What to look for in assessing responsiveness to exercise in a health context
Article Abstract:
This article examines factors involved in assessing health-related responsiveness to habitual exercise. Research on dose response relationships between exercise and health must include specific information on exercise intensity, type, duration, and frequency as well as clearly defined response parameters in order to facilitate the development of evidence-based exercise guidelines.

Absolute versus relative intensity of physical activity in a dose-response context
Article Abstract:
This article examines measures of relative and absolute physical activity intensities and their relationships to various health outcomes.
