Blasting injuries in surface mining with emphasis on flyrock and blast area security
Article Abstract:
Different fatal blasting injury case studies are analyzed with the help of causative factors and their preventive measures. Useful information on causative factors and preventive measures, to alleviate injuries due to flyrock and lack of blast area security in surface blasting is presented.

Casual attributions of Ghanaian industry workers for accident occurance: miners and non-miners perspective
Article Abstract:
The study compares the casual attributions between accident victims in Ghana's mining industry with their counterparts in textile factories. It argues that there is no difference between the casual attributions for miners and non-miners.
