Japanese develop super eco-ship
Article Abstract:
Japan is looking for alternative modes of transport to avoid congestion in the road network and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure & Transport (MLIT) is developing a 'super eco-ship'. The MLIT has entrusted the National Maritime Research Institute (NMRI) and the domestic costal tanker ship owner, Eiyu Kaiun as joint researchers to carry out the tests for the next generation ship.
