The Madrid syndrome
Article Abstract:
A web poll conducted in the light of the March 11 train bombing in Madrid, revealed that, such terrorist attacks will not have a substantial effect on the transit ridership in the US. The reasons behind this are majority of people believe that such things happen to other people and that if they want to get to work or any other thing, they have to use public transportation and risk terrorist attacks.
