30 million pounds scheme for Oxford prison site
Article Abstract:
Thirty million pounds are proposed for the conversion and reconstruction of the Oxford prison site into a four-star prison themed hotel operated by the Malmaison group. The South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) contributes six million pounds towards the project.
