Minding the peas and queues
Article Abstract:
Guelph University, St Francis Xavier University and Vancouver International Airport are some of the institutions that offer food service beyond the traditional cafeteria-style dining. Guelph's Creelman Markeplace service features marche-style operation with stations for pasta, grilled food and sandwiches. On the other hand, St Francis' Campus Crossroads has a grill, salad bar, deli, classic kitchen and a pizza bar. Students are offered healthy options such as skim milk, low-fat salad dressing and low-fat desserts. The Vancouver Airport has restaurants that serve local and international dishes such as sushi and fresh oysters.

Delivering the goods: customers are becoming their own pizza makers thanks to new trend
Article Abstract:
Nick-N-Willy's chain of restaurants which was started in August 2003 in Vancouver has come up with a new concept of Take 'n bake which means that the customers have to open the wrapped pizzas and slide the same into the oven. This would be much more fresh and would also smell better than the frozen pizzas and also the regular pizzas.
