From fishing villages to film studios on islands
Article Abstract:
The islands of Malta have a wide selection of holiday entertainments, golf courses, a leisure park, and ideal opportunities for diving and snorkelling in Malta's unpolluted, clear waters. In 1997 the Mediterranean Film Studios will be offering tours. The fishing villages, historical sites, temples, museums, and walled town of Mdina are worth visiting. Car hire and fly-drive holidays are available. The roads are being improved and are usually quiet. The Maltese islands have hot summers and mild winters.
