If it ain'g broke ... break it!
Article Abstract:
The Granary is a casual, contemporary place that is renowned for its friendly service and great food. When its owners, Debbie Young Cloutier and husband Remi Cloutier, decided to rebuild the historically inspired restaurant, they invited back its original designer Peter Cotton. The new design incorporated the original old beams and boards and integrated memorabilia to help re-create the restaurant's unique personality. The increase in traffic is attributable to the careful expansion and redesign of the restaurant and the development of its personality.
