In the money
Article Abstract:
The UK Inland Revenue's Profit Related Pay scheme has so far allowed over 2.5 million employees to pay less income tax. The scheme has significant benefits for employees, who can have their take-home pay increased by as much as 1,600 pounds sterling per year if they pay income tax at the 40% rate. Companies wishing to join the scheme must register with the Inland Revenue and then determine the amount to be paid under the scheme calculated on the company's current and forecast performance.
