Longhouses and jungle adventure are major attractions for Sarawak

The Malaysian region of Sarawak on the island of Borneo offers a variety of attractions including the Sarawak Museum, native longhouses, Gunung Mulu national park; and the Sarawak Chamber, which is the largest cave in the world. Tourists are able to book a night in a native longhouse as an optional extra. A thin mattress on wooden planks makes up the sleeping quarters, and dinner is usually local vegetables, stewed chicken and boiled rice.

Seoul surrounded by unusual attractions
Article Abstract:
The Namhansansong and Suwonsong Fortresses in Korea are two of a variety of attractions which visitors to Seoul can incorporate into their trip. Other suggestions for places to visit include the Shilluksa Temple; the Yong-Ing Farmland; the Korean Folk Village; and the towns of Suwon, Ichon, Inchon and Chunchon. Korea also boasts two major golf courses and three skiing resorts within an hour of Seoul.

Pacific & Asia Report: surprising attractions in New Territories
Article Abstract:
There is a surprising amount of green space in Hong Kong, much of which has been set aside as country parks. The Kam Shan Country Park offers hilly, wooded countryside and the Maclehose Trail traversing the New Territories offers trekking for walkers. The New Territories also offer historic and cultural attractions such as the Temple of Ten Thousand Buddhas in urban Shatin.
