Nature lovers should set course for Satun
Article Abstract:
Satun province in southern Thailand is an unspoilt area of natural beauty which tourists should visit if they want a quiet holiday in simple accommodation. There is no airport or railway system so the area is hard to get to. This has deterred many holiday makers and has helped to retain its character. There is no night life and facilities are basic but the beaches are beautiful and tourists can hike in three undeveloped national parks. Tarutao Marine National Park is the biggest park and it is spread over 51 islands.

Article Abstract:
Thailand offers scuba divers a good variety of locations to persue their sport such as coral reefs and ship wrecks. The clean and varied depths of the waters around the Similian islands offers good diving. Two dives at the Ang Thong marine park cost around $60. The Dive Masters company takes customers to the Burma Banks which are know to be an area to see sharks. The favoured wrecks for divers are those at Pattaya, the ship the Hardeep is in 30 metres of water whilst the Petchbury Bremen lies in 20 metres of water.
