Noisy neighbours
Article Abstract:
It is important for sports complex builders and developers to consider the impact of a stadium on the surrounding community. Stadiums provide an economic advantage to local residents while also causing noise, pollution, traffic congestion and general nuisance. A stadium may cause property prices to fall if it is considered a public inconvenience. Greater care should be taken by developers to ensure stadium and sports facilities locations do not cause unnecessary inconvenience to the public.
