Besides being the daughter of Lord Forte and the director of building and design at Rocco Forte Hotels, Olga Polizzi is an acclaimed designer within the hotel industry and personally owns two hotels u Hotel Tresanton in Cornwall, and the recently acquired Endsleigh House in Devon. She discusses the [pounds sterling]16 million renovation of Brown's Hotel in London, her hotel Endsleigh House, family ties, and future plans for Rocco Forte Hotels.

Article Abstract:
A devastating fire broke out in April 2002 gutting down the Center Parcs Elvedon Forest but the new-look Center Parcs re-opened its doors in July 2003 just like the Phoenix rising from the ashes. The massive reconstruction project which was completed in record time with over 500 hundred workers involved and the hotel while maintaining its overall appearance has added a few exciting features.
