Quality treatment
Article Abstract:
A Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group survey has revealed operational defficiencies in the maintenance of UK swimming pool water quality. Problems may arise from inadequate filtration, backwashing, dilution and disinfection. Few pools employ resident maintenance engineers and pool managers may lack technical expertise. Operator training is often inadequate.
