Screen two
Article Abstract:
Improving the services on offer at cinema complexes is seen as the way forward for the UK cinema market, which appears to have reached saturation point in terms of buildings in 1999. Operators are investing in methods which make it easier for people to purchase tickets, food and services, while ensuring all employees are trained to provide a high level of customer care. The European cinema market has not reached such high levels as the UK market, providing ample opportunities for large operators to invest in foreign multiplexes.
