Trends in fast food restaurants in Canada are discussed. Andy Lubinsky, director of National Marketing for Wendy's Restaurants of Canada, believes that despite the popularity of burger restaurants, part of the Canadian population is looking for other options due to health concerns. According to Jay Gould, founder and president of New York Fries, fast food chains need to meet the demands of consumers in terms of food quality.
