Iced tea sales in the retail market is doing good with growth of 10% in 2006, producers and operators even claim a 20% increase. The trend in iced tea consumption experiences change, with consumers wanting "cleaner" varieties. New varieties that use real cane sugar and less preservatives are being produced to answer the demand.
