Liberty Entertainment Group has emerged as one of the most innovative companies in the restaurant industry. The firm's success is built on creative thinking and a srong desire to be different. Creating trends is the signature of the company. It was first in providing a concept of offering high-end cuisine in a nightclub atmosphere when it opened its first restaurant, Left Bank, in 1994. Its biggest and most exciting venture is the granting of a 20-year lease of the Ontario Government building at Toronto's Exibition Place. The historic building will be transformed into Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex and will host various corporate and private functions. Restoration is expected to be complete in Jun 2001.
