Article Abstract:
Canada's top five contract foodservice management chains of 1999 continue to enjoy increased sales as more companies outsource their foodservice operations to concentrate on core businesses. These five chains, namely ARAMARK Canada Ltd, Cara Operations Ltd, Sodexho Marriott Services Canada Ltd, Compass Group Canada and Laliberte and Associes, extend their services to airlines, businesses, campuses, hospitals, remote sites as well as the retail sector.
