After ten years of waiting, the [pounds sterling]106 million Wales Millennium Centre has finally been opened. It boasts a main auditorium with a seating capacity of 1,900, a theater for new artists, a dance studio, a recording studio, residential accommodation, shops, restaurants and corporate hospitality rooms. Chief Executive Judith Isherwood and the architects discuss the diverse offerings of the international center, and share their concerns about its financial future.
