Newport is America's oldest resort and is a welcome destination for vacationers. Restaurants include the Clark Cooke House, Black Pearl and Oyster Bar. Shopping centers include the Antiques Row and the lower Thames St. Hotels include the Inn at Castle Hill and the Sarah Kendall House.
