Savage 99: an American original reborn

Savage Arms, Inc. reintroduces the Savage Model 99 as part of the bolt rifle's centennial promotion. The lever-action rifle allows easy scope mounting and can be fired from the shoulder. The $650 'deer rifle' is 45 1/2 inches long and weighs 7 1/2 pounds.
