Bruno, owner and sole bartender of the Persian Aub Zam Zam in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury district, will eject any customer who is not well mannered or orders a fancy drink. The bar's 1940s atmosphere contrasts the 1960s-style Haight but the martinis are famous.
