Art Institute of Chicago trustee Daniel Searle owns a Degas painting thought stolen by Nazis during World War II. Searle claims the original owners, the Goodman family, sold the painting in Paris. The Goodmans were Jews, and their descendants claim the work was looted during the holocaust.
