NRA YHEC?: Why heck ... it's the Youth Hunter Education Challenge
Article Abstract:
The YHEC of the NRA promotes responsible hunter education for the youth. The program teaches basic knowledge and skills and simulates actual hunting field situations. Individual competitions are also held to test the skills of the program's participants.
