A backpacking trip through the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve in Alaska ended up being more arduous than the participants anticipated. They encountered a sheer face that they ended up finding a tunnel in and had to walk across a glacial creek before they found an incredible region they were able to explore for eight days.
