No match: three airline quality surveys at odds

The ZagatSurvey, J.D. Power and the Airline Quality Rating gave different airlines top ratings for quality of service. The surveys provide valuable information, but they share the shortcoming of failing to provide separate ratings by class of service.

Business class seating: comfortable trip, eye-popping price
Article Abstract:
Airlines charge business class passengers high fares for the seating and services provided on flights. This does not mean that all service is equal. Forty-one airlines are rated for their seating comfort on the principal airplane models they use.

Airline ratings: not every one makes sense

Evaluations based on actual passenger surveys yielded the same rankings, with Midwest Express as the top-rated airline, while evaluations not based on personal experience yielded different results. The differences are examined.
