The wilder but more beautiful side of the US' Eastern Shore can best be viewed at Virginia. Although tourism in Virginia is not as thriving as it is in Maryland or in the rest of the Eastern Shore states, its wilderness is more unspoiled and is thus more captivating in its rawness.
