Return of the king: Doug Koenig reigns again with his eighth NRA Bianchi Cup win

Doug Koenig of Alburtis Pa., took his record breaking eighth championship of the NRA 2004 Bianchi Cup National Action Pistol Championship in Columbia. Koenig enjoyed victories in 1990, E92, E98 and at each championship since 2000.
