The life of Kurt Elling, a Chicago jazz singer, is discussed. The 31-year-old singer has a unique style onstage and a quirky demeanor off stage. All three of his albums on the record label Blue Note have received grammy nominations, but he has not yet enjoyed commercial success outside Chicago, IL area.
