A Washington Post reporter, a journalist for more than 30 years narrates his experiences as a father struggling to help his 23 year old son, Mike who was declared mentally ill, after he was jailed for the act done in state of mental illness. He claims that the largest public facilities for mentally ill in Miami are jails and prisons as sixteen percent of the inmates there are found to from suffer severe mental disorders.
