Article Abstract:
Smith and Wesson (S&W) is offering an interesting, new semi-automatic pistol, the Military and Police (M&P) which becomes positively impressive when taken to the shooting range. The M and P has a polymer frame topped with a stainless steel barrel and slide, and, as a gun chambered for the hot, medium-bore .40 S and W cartridge, has a recoil-operated, locked-breech system.
