Article Abstract:
Mark VI, which first appeared in mid-1915, was actually the final installment in a series of top-break service revolvers that were first accepted into British military service in 1887. The study indicates that Webley Mark VI served British and Commonwealth forces during both world wars.

The Smith and Wesson 686-4 is a double-action .357 Magnum revolver fitted with compensators to lessen muzzle jump and recoil. The design and accuracy of the 686-4 are evaluated and discussed.
